New office, new inspiration for innovation

Town Ray believes that enhancing employee experience is crucial and essential to employee engagement for the Group’s development and sustainability. This belief is demonstrated by its recent move to a new office.

Town Ray relocated its new office in Reason Group Tower, which is located in a convenient area with a 10-min walk distance to the Kwai Hing MTR station. The building faces the heavy traffic on Castle Peak Road with a stern and bold appearance that stands out along the open road.

With a gross floor area of over 12,000 square feet, the new office accommodates the expanding workforce of the Group with a much more spacious and more comfy working environment. It integrates our R&D Centre into the main operation of the Group for better inter-departmental collaboration for innovation pollination. More recreational areas such as pantry, dining and resting areas are designed for a healthy work-life balance workspace.

Advanced communication systems and more functional rooms are equipped to support the Company’s culture of good vertical and horizontal communication. The smart office design also enhances paperless and environmental sustainability in its daily operation.
