ListCo Excellence Awards 2021

Town Ray is honored to be awarded the “ListCo Excellence Awards 2021” by am730, PR Asia and PhoenixNet Hong Kong Stocks for the second consecutive year after two years of listing. This Award is definitely a great encouragement to the Group’s philosophy of high-quality corporate governance.

As in previous years, the “ListCo Excellence Awards” is the only China-Hong Kong cross-platform financial media Award . The judging panel consists of the C Fund, fund managers, senior stock commentators and stock analysts, which makes the Award very indicative for investors. In order to cope with the global concern, including the Hong Kong Finance Circle, for green economy and sustainable development, Deloitte China is invited as an intellectual partner of the Award to provide professional advice on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) to the award-winning companies.

As a well-known electrothermic household appliance manufacturers in the industry, Town Ray has always attached great concern to the sustainable development of its business operations. The management believes that by integrating ESG into business operations and decision-making can not only save energy, reduce operating costs, reduce potential risks, but also protect the environment and demonstrate the Group's commitment to sustainable development. The "ListCo Excellence Awards 2021" award presentation ceremony was held on November 30, 2021 at the Shangri-La Hotel, Kowloon. The officiating guests are Mr. Chan Ho Lim, Joseph, JP, Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Dr. Chan Pak Li, Bernard, JP, Under Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development Bureau and Mr. Liu Ya Jun, the Deputy Director-General of the Economic Affairs Department and Head of the Commercial Office of the LOCPG in the HKSAR. Ms. Denise Tung, Financial Manager of Town Ray, participated in the ceremony and accepted the honor on behalf of the Group. In her speech at the ceremony, Ms. Denise Tung stated that Town Ray will continue to expand its business, enhance its competitiveness in the global market, and create greater opportunities for shareholders and stakeholders value.
