14th Junzi Corporation Award

Town Ray has been honoured with the 14th Junzi Corporation Award by Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK). This esteemed recognition celebrates our steadfast dedication to Confucian business ethics through the Five Virtues framework: Benevolence, Righteousness, Propriety, Wisdom, and Trustworthiness.

Established in 2011 by HSUHK’s School of Business, the Junzi Corporation Award represents Hong Kong’s highest standard for ethical corporate governance. Recipients undergo rigorous evaluation by the judging panel which consists of experienced academics, practitioners and representatives of past awardee(s). The panel members score the participating corporations based on the “Values-Process-Impact” variables to evaluate their commitment, practices, and effectiveness in relation to the Five Virtues. Participating corporations that attain an average mark of 80 or above across the Five Virtues will be presented with the Junzi Corporation Award.

Our recognition reflects tangible commitments to these timeless principles: Through Benevolence, we prioritize care for employees, customers, and communities. Righteousness guides our ethical integrity in every business decision, while Propriety fosters respectful, mutually beneficial partnerships. Our Wisdom drives responsible innovation grounded in market insights, and Sincerity ensures radical transparency to build enduring trust.

At the award ceremony held at the campus of HSUHK, Ms. Denise Tung, the Group Accounting Director, accepted the awards on behalf of Town Ray. This award validates our leadership in sustainable manufacturing and positions us as a role model for companies in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. Town Ray remains unwavering in our mission to embed ethical business practices to advance our ESG framework, scale green production initiatives, and deepen community partnerships, proving that ancient wisdom powers modern excellence.
