‘Innopreneur Experience Journey’ and ‘Job Shadowing Mentorship Scheme 2022’

The Federation of Hong Kong Industries has invited our Marketing Director, Mr Yu Kwok Wai, Wayne, to participate as mentor in two mentoring programmes, ‘FHKI x HKSTP - Innopreneur Experience Journey’ and ‘Job Shadowing Mentorship Scheme 2022’ in this summer.

In August 2022, four students from different secondary schools visited our Hong Kong office. Students gained real job experience through executive shadowing, site visit and on-the-job experience by working at Tunbow.

Wayne shared his career paths, ups-and-downs and ways to success to his mentees. Throughout the programmes, Wayne found that his practical knowledge and life experience can help students better understand the workplace and inspire them to prepare for their future studies and career planning.

To promote the idea of social responsibility, our company will continue to take part in different educational events. We believe nurturing young people from different backgrounds will help cultivate local talents and develop the industries in Hong Kong.
