2022 Listed Company Awards of Excellence

2022 is another year of accreditation for Town Ray. On 13th December 2022, Town Ray received its last significant award of the year, “2022 Listed Company Awards of Excellence”, presented by the Hong Kong Economic Journal.

The awardees are selected by the stock trending system EJFQ "Signal," exclusively developed by the Hong Kong Economic Journal. “Signal” assesses the listed companies based on four important criteria: the Piotroski F-Score, the number of times of professional analysts’ recommendations, stock price performance and financial performance. The assessment results are submitted to the judging panel consisting of industry leaders, industry chambers and professional consultants for review to shortlist the awardees with outstanding performance.

Amidst the recent global challenges such as interest rate hikes, inflation and supply chains, Mr. Chiu Wai Kwong, Executive Director and Company secretary of Town Ray, believes that enterprises shall abide by corporate governance while maintaining flexibility and adaptability in their operation, such as monitoring closely on capital deployment and flow, and maintaining strict internal control to continuously enhance operational efficiency and cope with the unstable market environment.

Mr. Chan Wai Ming, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Town Ray, received the award on the Company’s behalf at The St. Regis Hong Kong. Winning the award demonstrates again the Company’s capability to innovate and transform to achieve good results while maintaining good corporate governance, bringing the greatest value to its various stakeholders.
