The International Diamond Prize for Excellence in Quality 2023

Our commitment to quality is exemplified by receiving the prestigious International Diamond Prize for Excellence in Quality from the European Society for Quality Research (ESQR).

The ESQR's International Diamond Prize for Excellence in Quality aims to recognize outstanding enterprises, public administrations and universities for their significant contribution to quality management. The award evaluates the initiatives and strategies implemented by business leaders in their operations, recognizing astonishing performance on quality and encouraging continuous progress in the quality of products and services.

For years, the majority of winners to this honourable award are large multinational organizations recognized internationally for their highest standards of quality management. Winning this award is a testament to Town Ray’s outstanding performance in upholding the highest standards of quality, as well as its recognition by top international standards.

The award presentation ceremony was held in Brussels on 9th July this year. Mr. Lee Kwok Ho, Sales Director of the Group, participated in the award presentation ceremony with his team and accepted the award on behalf of the Company.
