2021 Annual General Meeting

An annual general meeting (the ‘‘AGM’’) of Town Ray Holdings Limited was held in the morning of Friday, 28 May 2021 at The Royal Garden Chinese Restaurant of the The Royal Garden in Tsim Sha Tsui East. The AGM was hosted by the Company’s Chairman and non-executive Director, Dr. Chan Kam Kwong Charles. The Company’s Secretary and Executive Director, Mr. Chiu Wai Kwong, conducted the procedures and handled the resolutions submitted to the AGM. All the proposed resolutions were duly passed by the Shareholders by way of poll as ordinary resolutions of the Company.
