2020 Annual General Meeting

An annual general meeting (the ‘‘AGM’’) of Town Ray Holdings Limited was held in the morning of Thursday, 28 May 2020 at The Royal Garden Chinese Restaurant of the The Royal Garden in Tsim Sha Tsui East. The AGM was hosted by the Company’s Chairman and non-executive Director, Dr. Chan Kam Kwong Charles. The Company’s Secretary and Executive Director, Mr. Chiu Wai Kwong, conducted the procedures and handled the resolutions submitted to the AGM. A total of 7 resolutions were submitted in the AGM. Among them, the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company and its subsidiaries in 2019, the Report of the Directors and the Independent Auditor's Report referred to in resolution 1 have been published in the Company's 2019 annual report, and the details of other resolutions have also been published in the Company's circular dated 20 April 2020. As all of the votes were cast in favour of all resolutions as proposed at the AGM, all such ordinary resolutions were duly passed.
