Asia Corporate Excellence & Sustainability Awards 2022 – Industry Champions of the Year

This year, Town Ray is pleased to announce that it was awarded the Asia Corporate Excellence & Sustainability Awards (“ACES’) 2022 – Industry Champions of the Year by its first nomination and became the first Hong Kong company to receive the honour as ACES Industry Champions. Winning the ACES award highly recognizes Town Ray’s leadership, strong presence and distinct competitive edges in the electrothermic household appliance manufacturing industry.

ACES Awards are founded by MORS group Malaysia to recognize Asian companies and individuals with outstanding achievements and a long commitment to promoting revolutionary leadership and sustainable corporate culture in the region. ACES Awards is one of Asia's most prestigious awards in the region. It includes two main categories, "Leadership" and "Sustainability". Apart from recognizing international benchmarking enterprises, it also hopes to inspire more start-ups, SMEs and business leaders to take the move toward excellence and sustainability.

At the invitation of the Malaysian company MORS Group, the Company participated in the 2022 ACES Awards. The ACES Awards attracted over 470 nominations from across the region this year, with only 185 nominees were selected as finalists, of which only 93 companies and leaders won various awards.

Mr. Chan Wai Ming, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Group, received the award on the Company’s behalf on 18 November 2022 at JW Marriot Hotel in Kuala Lumper, Malaysia. Mr. Chan said, “It is our honour to receive such recognition from the panel that comprises so many highly respected experts. With the market acknowledgement, we are inspired to go further and set new industry benchmarks, thus creating greater values for our customers and community.”
