PVCHK® Learning Enterprise Award
Town Ray understands that the key to success lies in talent and knowledge management. Hence, the Group places great effort on talent recruitment and employee career development to ensure the Group’s sustainability. Town Ray is honored to receive the “PVCHK® Learning Enterprise Award”, which recognizes the Group's outstanding achievements in the continuous development of talent training, quality corporate governance, and corporate core competitiveness.
The “PVCHK® Learning Enterprise Award” is organized by the Professional Validation Council of Hong Kong (PVCHK), aiming to award outstanding enterprises with committed continuous learning which are set as role models to promote local industrial development. After a series of self-assessments, on-site evaluation, and objective verification by the Independent Judging Panel, Town Ray attained an excellent performance with 100% achievements in the 50 items under the 5 areas of "resource investment to promote talent training", "systematic management of talent development", "information technology application", "strategy use" and "corporate culture”.
Heading to intelligent production, Town Ray ‘s talent development and training focus on mindset, skillset and knowledge base. Continuous enhancement on training effectiveness ensures employees’ skill sets align with the Group's development. The Group fully applies information technology to analyze the performance of its employees, procurement, inventory, production processes, customer relations, marketing, and financial management. Various data analysis is also applied to optimize the operation process. In addition, the Group is strengthening its product design and development capabilities, expanding its product range, acquiring more technology patents, and strengthening its competitive advantages to raise customers’ confidence.
The “PVCHK® Learning Enterprise Award” presentation ceremony was held on 15 September this year at Science Park, Shatin. Mr. Yu Kwok Wai, Executive Director of the Group, participated in the award presentation ceremony and accepted the award on behalf of the Company. In the future, Town Ray will continue to strengthen its operation, enhance its product quality and customer satisfaction, and contribute to the development of the Hong Kong industry.
