2025 Annual General Meeting

Town Ray Holdings Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of its 2025 Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”), held on 26 May 2025 at the its new multi-function room.

The AGM was chaired by Dr. Chan Kam Kwong Charles, chairman and non-executive director, with Mr. Chiu Wai Kwong, company secretary and executive director, facilitating the proceedings and resolutions.

All proposed resolutions were duly approved by shareholders, including the approval of the financial statements, the re-election of directors, and other agenda items as outlined in the notice of the AGM. The board of directors expresses its gratitude to shareholders for their active engagement and valuable input.

With the conclusion of the AGM, Town Ray will move forward on advancing its strategic priorities for the year ahead. The Company reaffirms its commitment to transparency, strong corporate governance, sustainable growth, and creating long-term value for shareholders.
