2024 Annual General Meeting

Town Ray Holdings Limited (the “Company”) successfully held its 2024 Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) at its headquarter in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong on 21 June 2024.

The AGM was hosted by Dr. Chan Kam Kwong Charles, the Company’s chairman and non-executive director. Mr. Chiu Wai Kwong, the company secretary and executive director, conducted the procedures and handled the resolutions submitted to the AGM.

All the proposed resolutions were duly passed by the shareholders by way of poll as ordinary resolutions of the Company. The board and management team appreciate the strong shareholder engagement and valuable feedback received during the AGM.

The Company would like to express its heartfelt gratitude to all the attending shareholders, directors and management team for taking the time to participate in the AGM. With the conclusion of the AGM, the Company will move forward to execute on its strategic priorities for the year ahead.
