2023 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Town Ray Holdings Limited has been successfully completed. The AGM was held on Thursday, 25 May 2023 at 25A, Reason Group Tower, No. 403 Castle Peak Road-Kwai Chung, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. The board of directors would like to thank all of our shareholders, directors, and management team for their participation.

The AGM was hosted by the Company’s Chairman and non-executive Director, Dr. Chan Kam Kwong Charles. The Company’s Secretary and Executive Director, Mr. Chiu Wai Kwong, conducted the procedures and handled the resolutions submitted to the AGM. All the proposed resolutions were duly passed by the Shareholders by way of poll as ordinary resolutions of the Company.

We understand the importance of transparency and accountability, and the AGM is a key part of our commitment to keeping our stakeholders informed about the Company's progress. We are pleased to have had the opportunity to share our successes with our stakeholders and discuss how we plan to continue to grow and thrive in the coming year.
