2022 Annual General Meeting

In compliance with the Group Gathering Prohibition and the Government Guidance on annual general meeting (“AGM”), the AGM of Town Ray Holdings Limited on Friday, 27 May 2022 was first held in the form of a hybrid meeting, combining physical and virtual meeting. Other than a minimum number of Shareholders who are required to form a meeting quorum and the Directors to ensure the proper conduct of the AGM, public shareholders can only join the AGM online.

The AGM was held at Town Ray’s head office located on the 10th Floor, Block A, Chung Mei Centre, 15 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The AGM was hosted by the Company’s Chairman and non-executive Director, Dr. Chan Kam Kwong Charles. The Company’s Secretary and Executive Director, Mr. Chiu Wai Kwong, conducted the procedures and handled the resolutions submitted to the AGM. All the proposed resolutions were duly passed by the Shareholders by way of poll as ordinary and special resolutions of the Company.
